Best bouncer for baby!

I bought this because it was such a popular item and had rave reviews. It is mid-range on price to begin with, and I got mine on sale! :c)

Assembly - It was very easy to put together. I am horrible at assembling things, but this is put together AND functional in about 10-15 minutes.

Batteries - It doesn't go through batteries very fast, but you practically have to take it apart to change the batteries when they do run out.

Washable Seatcover - This is a necessity, especially if this seat doubles as a feeding seat when you've got a really little one.

Toybar Comes Off - I think that this is almost essential, because with the cost of most baby products, they have to be multi-functional. You can take the toybar off and use it as a feeding seat or a place for baby to watch cartoons (gotta love Blue's Clues and Dora The Explorer).

Kick 'n Play or Not - I like the modes you can select from depending on your baby's age. When I first saw this in the store and was playing with it (gotta love BRU for having working batteries in most of their floor models), I thought that the vibration mode was cheesy/dumb, but I didn't realize that it gets the job done.

I read in another review that the parent picked the seat up by the toybar and it came out If you have baby in one arm and want to take the seat to another room, grab it by the top of the seat frame, instead of the toybar.

Please get this for your baby!!!!

Wonderful! Educational! Great exercise for baby too! I placed my 2 month old girl in it-any sooner might be too soon for the babe. Within 3-4 weeks she had mastered it. She would kick and kick and kick and kick and watch for the lights to come on. She would start kooing with the music. She would bat at the hanging teethers. Incredible! Then she transfered the skills she learned onto her other toys. And kick and kick at almost everything!! She has very strong legs now as well. She got a solid 2 months out of it(which was fine) and the batteries lasted just about the entire time. I never used the vibrater, I personally believe it may have negative effects on a babies still maturing nervous system. The bouncer is extremely sturdy and durable. Easy to quickly hand wash in the tub and drys pretty fast by hanging. I read a comment that said it may shrink in the dryer. Don't get a cheaper one buy this one!

PERFECT FOR KICKING, BUT NO VIBRATIONS

My baby LOVES the kick and play bouncer. It keeps him entertained long enough to allow me to get some work done! It also gets his little legs and arms moving! It is an excellent product for keeping baby busy. However, it is not good for napping, the seat remains to upright, and the kicking pads don't look very comfortable for sitting on. The vibrator has not ever worked and we purchased it new. Also, the two removable pieces swing very close to baby's face.
