Baby Product Description The design of this pad makes a changing table a lot safer for a wiggly baby. About 1.5 inches thick in the middle, it rises to fully 4.25 inches high at the sides, making it almost impossible to roll off. There's also the standard nylon strap (with plastic snap-together buckle) across the middle. Two securing tabs mean the pad can be nailed or screwed in place on a changing table made of wood or a similar material. The bottom surface of the pad is stiffened with an interior board and foam-covered on the outside so that it's nonslip. The top surface, quilted in a rose pattern, can be wiped clean.

We're totally pleased with this changing pad. It's firm enough to provide excellent support and retain its shape (important because of the high sides) without being hard and uncomfortable. The plastic cover is easy to wipe clean in case of leak-through, but we use a terry cover with a quilted multi-use pad on top and rarely have problems with leakage. This sturdy pad can stand up to years of use. An excellent buy!! My baby loves this This changing pad is magic! When the baby is crying, I set her on it and she is calm. The shape of it cradles her and she seems very comfortable on it. ^M
